  Product Overview:

  Model ZN85-40.5 series of circuit breaker handcart assembly are mainly used in the rated voltage 40.5kv, the rated short circuit breaking current 25 and 31.5ka and the rated current 630-2500A for the power distribution users. The mechanical endurance is 10000 operations and 30 operations full capacity breaking ability at small current.

  Technical features :

  1.The operating mechanism and main circuit are in a top-and-bottom arrangement with a small handcart depth.
  2.The screw propulsion mechanism with clutch could protect the operating mechanism from damage .
  3.The newest “five-protection” interlocking design has no steel bracing wire in old model ZN85 so that the endurance is reliable and longer.
  4.The mechanical components are made of high quality steel alloy and through special surface treatment,the components could withstand the neutral salt spray test for more than 350 hours.
  5.The cylindrical composite insulation main circuit features small volume,free of maintenance and few service.
