  Product Overview:

  Model FY-1 indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker handcart assembly is mainly used in control and protection of rated voltage 12(24kv). The application range of the rated current is 630-5000A and the breaking current is 20-50KA. Both solid encapsulated pole and packaged are available. The general technical performance fully meets the technical specifications of the operating mechanism under the national standard GB1984”AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker” as well as IEC 56 standard.

  Technical features :

  1.It features a modular operating mechanism and the integrated charged handle .2.The gas soft-nitriding low-carbon alloy steel pins show a high wear resistance .
  3.The component surface adopt composite zinc plating and the components could withstand the neutral salt spray test for 350 hours.4.By the perfect inspection and testing facilities,the handcart assembly will serve the circuit breaker with reliable and consistent performance.
  5.It features a long endurance design.The mechanical endurance is 30,000cycles at low current and 20,000cycles at high current.It is free of maintenance during 10,000cycles.It meets the M2 level standard requirement.
  6.The special tools are used in assembly to ensure the product with a consistent and high quality.
  7.It is demonstrated by the testing according to the national standard GB1984-2003 that the handcart assembly meets the M2-E2-C2 level of circuit breaker and could satisfy the requirements for domestic and abroad customers.
